A: Certain DeeptoPlay content is not available in certain regions due to geographical restrictions from the content publishers or due to the legal restrictions of that country. A: The subscription charge will depend on your selected plan. There are multiple plans available for your convenience. Each subscription has a different charge/price tag related to it which is mentioned in the description. It is possible that due to promotional reasons, subscription charges will be waived or reduced for a certain time or location.

Q: How can I pay for DeeptoPlay?

A: You can pay for your DeeptoPlay subscription through mobile payment options such as Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, etc. For Credit Cards, we accept international Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards.

Q: Are there any additional fees associated with the subscription fee?

A: DeeptoPlay only charges for the mentioned subscription fee, which may or may not include local tax depending on your location. Some financial institutions may add additional transaction fees for foreign transactions. To learn more about their policy please contact the respective financial institution.

Q: Why am I seeing a message that there’s a problem with my payment method?

A: In cases when the financial institution rejects a request for a monthly charge, this message will be shown to you. In order to fix this, please contact your financial institution regarding the matter or go to pay options in DeeptoPlay to change the payment method. We will verify the new information, and notify you as soon as the payment is successful.
